1. About us
tilestop.org is operated by Polarline Sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) registered in Poland, with registered office at ul. Parkowa 5, lok. B1, 16-500 Sejny, Poland. The competent court is the court for the seller's registered office, except where mandatory EU consumer-protection rules grant a consumer the right to sue in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
You can contact us at info@tilestop.org or by post at the registered address above.
2. Orders & contract formation
By placing an order you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email containing the dispatch details. We may refuse an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, payment issue) and will refund any amount taken within 14 days.
3. Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. For consumers in Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands and Belgium, the goods are shipped from within the EU customs union — no import duties or customs charges apply. Where Polarline Sp. z o.o. is required to charge VAT, it is accounted for via the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme or the applicable destination-country rate. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 30204462), a regulated payment institution authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). We accept iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA bank transfer. We never see or store your card or bank details. Goods remain the property of Polarline Sp. z o.o. until payment has been received in full.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poznań, Poland to Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands and Belgium. Indicative transit times: Latvia 2–4 working days, Estonia 3–5, Netherlands 3–5, Belgium 3–5. See our Shipping page for full rates and carriers. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. See our Returns Policy for the procedure and model withdrawal form.
7. Conformity & warranty
Goods must be of merchantable quality, as described and fit for purpose. Under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Polish Civil Code you have a statutory right to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund) for non-conforming goods for up to 2 years from delivery.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid.
9. Complaints & ODR
Email info@tilestop.org. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Polish consumers may also contact the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Trade Inspection (Stały Polubowny Sąd Konsumencki przy WIIH).
