Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Poznań, Poland. We ship across the EU with DPD and GLS, with palletised freight handled by Raben for orders over 30 kg. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Processing time

Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and Polish public holidays, go out the next working day. Pallet shipments require 1–2 additional working days for carrier collection.

Carriers

DPD and GLS for parcels, Raben for palletised freight, with local final-mile partners (PostNL in NL, Omniva in EE, DPD Latvia in LV, bpost in BE).

Damage on arrival

Tile is heavy and breakable — please inspect the pallet or parcel beforesigning the carrier's delivery note. If you see damage, note it on the note ("damage reserve") and photograph the packaging. Email info@tilestop.org within 48 hours and we will replace the broken pieces free of charge.

Customs & VAT

All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands and Belgium are all in the EU customs union — no customs duties or import charges apply. Where VAT is due, it is accounted for by Polarline Sp. z o.o. via the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme.
