Tile Stop (operated by Polarline Sp. z o.o., "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

2. What we collect
- Account & contact data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
- Order data: products purchased, price, payment status (we do not store card or bank details).
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Communications: emails or chat messages you send us.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to process and deliver your order.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — accounting and tax records, kept 5 years under the Polish Accounting Act.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — fraud prevention, service improvement, security.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw at any time).
4. Who we share it with
Payment provider (Mollie B.V., the Netherlands — for iDEAL, Bancontact, cards and other methods), shipping carriers (DPD Polska, GLS, Raben, PostNL, bpost, Omniva, DPD Latvia depending on destination), our hosting and email providers, accountants, and tax authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
5. International transfers
Data is processed within the EEA. Where a processor is outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Invoices and order data: 5 years (Polish tax law). Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password.
